Please send the close ups of the leaves, flowers and fruits, as the details are not very clear in the photographs sent by you. Nevertheless, the arrangement of the leaves, as such, does not suggest Vitex negundo-'Notchi' in malayalam. Perhaps the clear picture might reveal its true identity.
