The third picture is very different (white one), no fimbriate lip, broader 
upper sepals. Surprising that they all are of same species, not even 
different varieties. Mostly orchids are differentiated on the basis of lip 
character.
Distribution is probably (should) be Kumaon to S.China & W.Malesia!
