If this plant is with unbranched or sparingly branched main stem, then this seems to be *Euphorbia cornigera* Boiss. var. *cognata* (Klotzsch) Binojk. & N.P.Balakr. In this variety the tuberles on ovary and fruits are fewer than in var. cornigera N. P.
