Thanks Gurcharan ji for this advice; it will streamline the group's
database.


I propose that the mail we send at the end of fortnight OR the month to
carry a standard subject line ... something like this:

1) My Salicaceae (including Flacourtiaceae) February 2014 Fortnight uploads
2) My February 2014 uploads

If everyone writes the "same and exact" subject line they would all merge
into the same thread - and it would be to our advantage. It would be less
burdensome for the person who compiles the statistics.
