Thanks Sid for the id. Mine was however only suggestive. Ceropegia candelabrum was the name first came to my mind, too. But, the flowers suppose to have long (about 1 cm) corolla-beaks ('candlestick' -like!), right?! http://www.flowersofindia.net/catalog/slides/Candlestick%20Ceropegia.html. The posted pictures have shorter beaks. Even the leaves looked different to me. I have seen only broader, not-so-fleshy leaves. But you should be right...
