This is extraordinary. Actually flower and stem both doesnt match with 
either D. aphyllum or D. primulinum. or D. cretaceum or D. polyanthum.
Labellum doesnt look so hairy. The closest match I can imagine is 
Dendrobium tortile (with slight variation).
THIS IS A VERY INTERESTING FINDING.
