Flowers look like *Hemigraphis hirta*, but the plant is not. Heads look like *Hemigraphis dura <https://sites.google.com/site/efloraofindia/species/a---l/a/acanthaceae/gantelbua/gantelbua-urens>*, but leaves not; supposedly not to be found in that region.
This might be *Aechmanthera tomentosa* Nees var. *wallichii*. Unlike FBI, TPL combines them all <http://www.theplantlist.org/tpl1.1/record/kew-2897596>!
