Dear Devendra ji, As far as I know, this plant is considered a subspecies of Acacia nilotica (Babul). The species name is : Acacia nilotica (L.) Willd. ex Del. ssp. cupressiformis (J.L. Stewart) Ali & Faruqui syn. A. arabica var. cupressiformis J.L. Stewart syn. A. nilotica ssp. indica var. cupressiformis (J.L. Stewart) Vajrav & Kamble
