As per document http://www.jstor.org/discover/10.2307/4113613 -
(1) inflorescence of *T. crispa* not coetaneous with leaves
(2) inflorescence of *T. sinensis* usually not coetaneous, 3-12 cm long
(male); leaves tomentellous below and puberulous above
(3) inflorescence sometimes not coetaneous with the leaves, male
inflorescence 2-20 cm long
I agree with Satish Sir, if mature leaves are glabrous.
