Yes. It is *Strobilathes auriculata*. The spikes on maturity of seeds yield essential oil,which smells like camphor oil, hence it is named as * Kapurminjar* in Kangra & Mandi.The oil droplets from the spikes are collected in a collyrium (KAJAL) containing dibbi and colsed by its lid. The oil gets absorbed in Kajal and the medicated kajal is applied to the eyes for effecting cure from eye diseases.
