Dinesh Ji, This is tricky. I think this is not *Crotalaria spectabilis* Roth, because of absence of any visible stipules or bracts which are persistent in the species.
It can be *Crotalaria retusa* L., even though majority leaves are not retuse, where stipules are minute abd bracts are deciduous. But, I am not sure.
