There is one species *O. travancorica* but Biotik <http://biotik.org/india/species/o/octotrav/octotrav_en.html> says that it endemic to southern western ghats (Agasthyamalai and Periyar). Apart from that, I would like to add that this was found as understorey short tree in an evergreen forest.
