Dear friends
Lamiaceae (incl. Verbenaceae) Fortnight was a repeat episode after nearly
four years. As expected there were some repeat uploads, but it gave me
personal satisfaction of nearly doubling my uploads, having travelled to
several new areas during this gap. The same must also be the case with our
star uploaders Nidhan ji, Dinesh ji, Satish ji, Aarti ji and Alka ji,
although we badly missed Prashant ji, whose presence would have increased
the tally much further.
All this streamlining of database would not have been possible without
the presence of our expert Dr. Sampath Kumar, who provided some very
valuable inputs. Hope remaining IDs would get solved over the period of
time.
I also wish to thank Ushadi who maintained our interest through her
crisp comments and forced us to improve our inputs, thanks Ushadi and all
experts for valuable contribution.
