How come we have the species as back as in 2009 when the species has been
reported for the first time in India in 2014 -
http://www.academia.edu/9961040/Clerodendrum_trichotomum_Thunberg_Lamiaceae_a_new_record_to_the_flora_of_India_from_Assam
?

How come the species finds its way to Maharashtra within six months of the
publication of the paper?

Thank you
