Yes Rawat ji
It is indeed I. kemoanensis. Very short stem and long perianth tube.
I suspect most of specimens in Uttarakhand should be this one only.
Now your job should be to see if you can find I. hookeriana in your area.
Back in 1972-73 I had scanned all specimens at CAL, DD and LUCK for two
species and found 90 percent of specimens wrongly identified. May be I can
locate those accessions and send you.
