H. conferta Wight is confined to Kerala and TN, hairy and have sessile umbels. So, it should be one of H. javanica Thunb. and H. sibthorpioides Lam. as per BSI checklist - http://efloraindia.nic.in/efloraindia/speciesList_PCL.action?resultType=genusWise&parent_Id=1650&parent_Name=hydrocotyle .
