I was hesitating between Heterphragma quadriloculare and Radermachera 
xylocarpa. 
Heterophragma tends to flower when the tree is in leaf, whereas 
Radermachera flowers when the tree is leafless. The latter also flowers 
later in the season.
Wondering what made you decide, Neil?
