No this is not barbata. This should be Liparis wrayi and it is different from barbata. Kew checklist puts them as synonyms but they are not. There are two prominent callus at the base of the labellum, can be seen in the images. Thanks a lot for sharing. Nice to see that this species is actually epiphyte, even Mr. Anurag Sharma's picture was showing epiphytic habitat. Thanks a lot for sharing.
