This is correctly identified but there has been a nomenclatural change - it is now Primula munroi. Commonly known as the 'White Marsh Primula' this species is typically white but often much more colourful on the Rohtang Pass. Flowers of the Himalaya record it from streamsides & marshes @ 3000-4500m from Pakistan to SW China. I last saw it in flower in Mustang district of Nepal just above Muktinath.
