This photograph is turning out to be enigma for me. When I had first look at this plant in January (when resurfaced by Garg ji) I thought nothing else but Campanula. I had seen similar plants from Simla, Nainital, Manali and Kashmir. The problem arose when i tried to fix species, I realised that plant does not have even basic features of Campanulaceae, where there are 3-5 spreading stigma lobes, here it is a simple clavate stigma. I won't be surprised if the plant turns out to be member of Primulaceae or Boraginaceae.
