Sorry, this does not match Anemone rivularis. * I think this is more likely 
to be A.rupicola* - which varies a good deal.  Stewart recognised varieties
glabriuscula and sericea (there would presumably also be var. rupicola as 
well).  He describes var. glabriuscula as a handsome rock plant @ 2700-4500m
in Kashmir & Ladakh; whereas var. sericea had a similar distribution but 
concluded these varieties were probably only forms, hardly varieties.
