Yes this is Sagargota as it is bueish in color and has some lines on those.
It has medicinal use.
The plant is thorny strong and intertwined so good as fence.
Beautiful inflorescence.
A similar plant with smaller smooth pods and small black seed is known as
Chilhar. That is also popular as fence.
Both these look alike in overall structure, flowers and leaves and may be
confused as one for other
