Thank you Chitralekha ji for pointing out.
Initially I had observed the image in my mobile set and commented.  The
leaves were superficially very similar to *Codiaeum variegatum *but now
after downloading the image I find that the leaves are in whorls and the
inflorescences and fruits are very different from Croton or Codiaeum.
Initially I thought that there are two plants in one image!
I admit that I have never seen this plant.
