Dear friends, on going through description found in T. Cooke's Flora of the Presidency of Bombay, Vol. I, Part II ... am convinced that the ID of plant must be *Soymida febrifuga*, endemic in India. Many thanks to Pankaj ji for the ID, many thanks to Gurcharan ji and Satish ji too for guidance.
