Provided a GREEN HOUSE & GOOD HUMIDITY, any tropical orchid can be grow in
Delhi.
Easiest plant to grow could be Phaius and Spathoglottis; with slight care,
Phalaenopsis, Vanda allies, Dendrobiums and Cymbidums can be grown too.

Check the link, to see how they provide humidity to the roots by planting
foliage plants (1) below the orchid pots, or the easiest way is to make
water canals (2) on floor.
