The distribution is said to be restricted to evergreen forests of southern peninsular India including Western Ghats. Not sure whether they are cultivated in nurseries; you will need to check in popular nurseries. Flowers of India has List of Nurseries in India <http://www.flowersofindia.net/misc/nurseries.html>; it should be helpful in checking out nurseries starting with those in Bengaluru / Chennai, followed by other important cities in south.
