Thank you all, The tree is *Flacourtia ramontchi* L' Hér of Flacourtiaceae. Is there any recent nomenclature change for this?
As stated by K.M. Matthew in his Excursion Flora of Central TN: *The phenology of this tree changes with altitude gradient; i.e., smallest in deciduous zone (lower), Medium at ca. 750msl, and exceptionally larger ones in sholas* Girth of the tree I shot was about 90 - 100cm.
