No. As they have not provided any details under *Phryma* *leptostachya* L. <http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=110&taxon_id=200022045>, they have only one variety given as *Phryma* *leptostachya* var. *oblongifolia* L. <http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=110&taxon_id=242424326> If they had both varieties, they would have also mentioned Phryma leptostachya var. leptostachya like other variety mentioned by them. This is how Checklist of Nepal had made its observations in this site, as I see it regularly.
