To me also appears close to Annona squamosa <https://sites.google.com/site/efloraofindia/species/a---l/a/annonaceae/annona/annona-squamosa> as per comparative images at Annona <https://sites.google.com/site/efloraofindia/species/a---l/a/annonaceae/annona> and Annonaceae <https://sites.google.com/site/efloraofindia/species/a---l/a/annonaceae> Leaves appears to be broader. It may be due to some better cultivar for production etc. and due to being a young plant.
