I checked keys in Flora of Bhutan at Viola <https://sites.google.com/site/efloraofindia/species/m---z/v/violaceae/viola>
It leads me to *Viola pilosa* Blume <https://sites.google.com/site/efloraofindia/species/m---z/v/violaceae/viola/viola-pilosa> only. Flora of China <http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=2&taxon_id=200014403> says stipules mostly free, brown or green, lanceolate, margin long or shortly fimbriate-dentate.
