Hallo,
Lupins or lupines (North America) are the members of the genus Lupinus in the 
legume family (Fabaceae).  Please see  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lupin
German name Lupine, again a pioneer plant, very common in wildness, along the 
roadside, fences etc.. beautiful colors but blue is more common.
