Dear members The words like Nice shot, thank you, yes it is, etc. to my mind is very essential for maintaining the cordiality and good spirit in the group. It is rather a good development. I remember when I joined this group, the people would pounce on you for any disagreement. Fortunately that has gone, people encourage each other, suggest contradictions in healthy way.
