To me it appears similar to *Dioscorea deltoidea* Wall. ex Griseb. <https://sites.google.com/site/efloraofindia/species/a---l/d/dioscoreaceae/dioscorea/dioscorea-deltoidea>as already identified at ID No. 30102020_1 RD <https://groups.google.com/forum/?pli=1#!topic/indiantreepix/j-QyKcI3WJM>, as tubers appear similar.
