Are you sure that fruiting and flowering images are from the same tree ? Leaves appear OK but Fruits are much smaller in Ilex godajam <https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/gallery?taxon_key=7939105> and Ilex umbellulata <https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/gallery?taxon_key=5534568> as per GBIF.
