I think looks different as per Bidens tripartita <https://sites.google.com/site/efloraofindia/species/a---l/ar/asteraceae/asteroideae/coreopsideae/bidens/bidens-tripartita> I think more likely to be *Bidens pilosa* L. <https://sites.google.com/site/efloraofindia/species/a---l/ar/asteraceae/asteroideae/coreopsideae/bidens/bidens-pilosa> as per keys in Flora of China <http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=2&taxon_id=103917> among species as listed in Checklist of Nepal <http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=110&taxon_id=103917>.
