This plant is somewhat matching to *Zehneria bodinieri* (H.Lév.) W.J.de
Wilde & Duyfjes in shape of fruit and length of fruiting pedicel. But the
leaves of this plant are different from that of Kaas plants. Let us wait
for comments from experts.

*Zehneria hookeriana* (Wight & Arn.) Arn. is said to be endemic to Tamil
Nadu and its fruits have longer pedicels. The posted plant is not *Z.
maysorensis*, as has been previously identified, according to the following
reference.

Reference:
De Wilde WJJO, Duyfjes BEE (2004) *Zehneria *(Cucurbitaceae) in Thailand,
with a note on the Indian *Zehneria maysorensis*. Thai Forest Bulletin,
Botany 32: 15–31.
