There are two possibilities- *Veronica undulata* Wall. <https://efloraofindia.com/species/m---z/p/plantaginaceae/veronica/veronica-undulata> and *Veronica anagalloides* Guss. <https://efloraofindia.com/species/m---z/p/plantaginaceae/veronica/veronica-salina> as per images and details herein. I will go with *Veronica undulata* Wall.
