To me appears close to images at *Glinus oppositifolius* (L.) Aug.DC. <https://efloraofindia.com/species/m---z/m/molluginaceae/glinus/glinus-oppositifolius>, but fruits look a bit thicker. Is it suffering from disease/ galls etc.?
