Thank you Nidhan sir for the clue. It is definitely Nanorrhinum but I could
not match with any sp. listed in Nepal
according to eflora Nepal :

Matching elevation is only *Nanorrhinum ramosissimum *(Wall.) Betsche but
leaf shape look different.
