Dear Mr. Garg, Only *Mentha longifolia *(L.) Huds. has got distribution in Nepal according to the POWO, GBIF, CoL, eflora Nepal and in the book of that area. *Mentha royleana *var. *royleana *has got no distribution in Nepal.
