I hope you meant Lycianthes laevis (Dunal) Bitter (syn: Solanum laeve
Dunal). All characters match with this: flowers in fascicle, calyx teeth
minute or absent, leaves entire, fruit small 5-6 mm, globose,
Another plant had been described as S. scabrum subsp. laevis levit described
as new subspecies in 2006 (I don't have description of this one). But the
species is much similar to S. nigrum with 1-1.5 cm long peduncle and longer
calyx lobes.
