Thanks for the correction Garg ji. Yes, the flowers match D. falcata.
As given in the wikipedia page for D. falcata, I observed sunbirds and pale-billed flowerpeckers on the plant. Here is a video of a flowerpecker on the mistletoe, taken yesterday: https://youtu.be/4MWAm_hcziM. I also noticed a caterpillar, but missed taking a record shot. Thanks.
