Maybe you will be able to go down there and look closely.  The tree may be 
stressed, perhaps roots are covered in asphalt or cement? Anyhow, I think 
the leaves match quite well as do the growing tips with brownish stipules. 
The colour of the bark and branching pattern are seen in smaller 
individuals of Ficus racemosa. 
Until we have more information I will stick with Ficus racemosa.
