'Kinnow' is called a mandarin, but is actually a cross between a tangor (mandarin X orange hybrid) and 'Willow' mandarin. I'm not positive about how to accurately call it botanically, but more info can be found here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kinnow
