This can be either Gymnadenia orchidis or Dactylorhiza hatagirea. Cant confirm without roots or flowers. Seems you reached the area late. I remember from Ghagaria to valley of flowers, I must have seen around 25 orchids. Starting from entrance where forest check post is present, onwards till the glacier, my my list had 15 species +.
