I agree that some new members some times may behave in a manner, which is
not normal for this group, but I don't agree that the general atmosphere in
the group has suffered. It has to the contrary, improved a lot, thanks to
the high standards set by some senior members in the group, and some new
members who have shown a lot of maturity. We all have to play our role in
ensuring that the members don't get provoked. None of us the right to
suggest others whether they should join the group or not. We should just
play our positive role. I have been often been commenting on this group.
Don't stress your superiority. Let others judge. The problems always arise
when you try to prove the other person wrong.
Mutual respect is key to the good atmosphere in the group.
