Gosavi ji

We should not use comb. nov. (or sp. nov., nom. nov. etc.) when citing a
published name, because every name would have belonged to that category when
first published. It is done only by the original author in the original
publication, We just mention the name of the author (followed preferably by
year of publication, and also full citation if available).

*Ervatamia* *divaricata* var. *plena* (Roxb. ex Voigt) M.R.Almeida has been
relegated as synonym of Tabernaemontana divaricata as per Kew Plant List. So
best choice is just to treat it as cultivar 'Flore Pleno' only
