Most probably species of Canthium of Rubiaceae family, as Vijay
suggested.

It would be good to know whether the fruits are mature or not.
Please mention the size of the fruits.
If it is C. parviflora the fruits should be more than 1.5 cm diameter.
Here fruits looks very small.
