Yes Initially I was also not aware how the subject line can be changed.
Before starting to write the Document. Click on the word ' Untitled
document'
*A window with a cursor will appear. *
Rename Document
Enter a new document name:


OK     Cancel
Just type your subject line.
This way we can prevent observing many 'Untitled documents which we are
receiving daily. Also before sharing the document don't forget to tick on
the option on right hand side of green SAVE AND SHARE window *<  Paste the
item itself into the email>*
So the pictures will appear directly in the mail text.
