Dear all, Frankly, there is nothing like being genius OR great in this context. (Many other were busy).
This discovery stemmed from Pankaj's query some days back --- I paid heed to his words: we can copy-paste contents of Google Doc into the body of eFI post. Found that the post looks spic and span with the added advantage of "Search" in the database becoming meaningful. Just posting Google Doc itself to eFI stops SEARCHING. Therefore, urging members who use via Google Docs' approach to copy-paste contents of his / her Google Doc into body of post. I am not able to express better, and being doubtful that it is understood well, requesting to check slide numbered 11 ... *Uncheck the option of notifying people via mail* ... that is, the practice of sending the doc itself to eFI is highly discouraged. Proceed through successive slides to know the context. About posting via Google Groups, it was (do not remember exactly) it could be Gurcharan ji OR Balkar ji OR Pankaj who had commented about having found "inserting picture(s)" and it not working well because the inserted photo(s) are found to be just thumbnail size. BUT going through the process, the option to change the size of inserted picture proved very helpful. Just changing to Original size resolved the issue. All inserted pictures are stored in the member's Google profile, as such would one day reach a limit, after which one may need to refill the storage with a nominal fee to Google ... nothing good comes for free. It is good to resize pictures to an appreciable size of about 150 KB ... that would ensure crossing storage limit after a very long time. Many thanks for kind words, regards, happy posting.
